Free woldwide shipping

PAVACHI LUXURY STORE provides free worldwide shipping. We deliver to over 120 countries all over the world. If you are looking for information on shipping options and shipping costs for a country that is not shown, don’t hesitate to contact us. Deliveries are handled through DHL Express. All shipments that are sent by, are insured against theft and accident damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact us to help track your order. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 hours of payment and will take 3-5 business days for express delivery anywhere.  
Please note that PAVACHI is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note that PAVACHI also does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their orders.


Return & Change Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly.  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.   

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, intact and unworn items may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order. Before enabling the return process, the Customer must ensure that the items are in the same condition as when received, including labels, packaging and accessories (garment covers, hangers, boxes, etc.).
1. To enable the return procedure the Customer must fill in the contact form on (contact us – choose subject Return or Change form) within 14 days of receiving the package. The form must contain the codes of the articles to be returned and the chosen compensation: change of color/size or refund. Upon receiving the form, PAVACHI will notify the activation of the return process via email.
2. Return procedure to change size or color:  it is possible to change only with a different size or a different color of the same article, if available. You cannot change with a different item.
3. Return procedure for refund: re-credit will be visible on the statement of the customer's credit card after a minimum of 30 days from the date of redemption. This timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card’s banking system. It is possible to request a refund of the amount spent at the time of the purchase (for example, if the item is purchased during a promotional period, the amount will be refunded on the promotion and not the full price).
4. The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of Pavachi Luxury Store in Dakar Senegal within 10 days of the written confirmation of the activation of the procedure made by the  customer.
5. The return must be made with DHL couriers. Customer will need to pay the cost of returning the order (shipment and custom fees).

6. PAVACHI.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent by couriers other than the one we indicated. If the customer decides to choose another courier, the cost of return and any theft or loss will be charged exclusively to the customer.
If you ask to return the same product more than one time, return must be arranged by the customer with DHL and costs are on customer's charge.

Returns must be packaged in the PAVACHI.COM box.


Terms & Conditions

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the Client.

Refund :
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by PAVACHI.COM.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 14 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.



Q: I've seen an item but I cannot seem to find it online?
A: Thank you for your interest in! Unfortunately if you see an item on our social media but you do not see it available on our website the item is no longer available.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide and it is free.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. If no tracking number has been sent your order has not been shipped just yet. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with DHL. Once you receive the tracking number you can track your shipment on

Q: How do I know if my order has been placed?
A: After your purchase with us a confirmation email with the details of your order are sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete. You will see a page that says " Thank you for your order, here is your order number." Your email may have filtered into your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
